Pros
The new VIPRE culture is one of appreciation with leadership that listens to feedback and really wants to be engaged with the teams across the globe. The teams that I work with are all solid, professionals that enjoy what they do. The benefits are really good as are the growth opportunities. Flexible time-off and a remote work environment are two key things that make it a great place to work.
Cons
It's not really a con - more of a challenge that's actively being overcome. Joining the company a few months back, overall morale wasn't in the best place, but our leadership team realized that and has taken (and continues to take) steps to change the culture for the better. Recent leadership changes have brought fresh energy and excitement to the business along with a clear direction for achieving success.
