The have leadership that does not have enough experience in the security space/Anti Virus Space. They have a bunch of highly paid executives that are dragging the company into the ground.
President doesn't care about his employees. Only cares about his pocket book. Raise quotes on all sales and then report a lower number to the board in order for him to make his bonus. He wants to force morale in the company "either you are with us, or against us!". News flash idiot, you can force morale! Respect is earn and not given.
CMO- He has tons of excuses as to why there is no marketing materials and or leads coming to the reps. Every time you bring up an issue, he deflects to someone or something else. Bring it up to the President and he does the same.
There is no accountability when it comes to the leadership at ThreatTrack, but accountability is certainly there for the reps!
It's a sinking ship, if you work there get out! If you are interviewing, find somewhere else to work.
