Pros

Was a great place then they hired some gaslighting VPs and the entrie place is toxic

Cons

Expect to have your management and higher say you didn't tell them things in meeting andafter you emailed them and talked to them. It has become a place of fear and pointing fingers. Very disorganized and no communication across teams. If you liked to be constantly blamed for platform's you don't control not working right and telling them how to fix it, but only to have things stuck in backlog for over a year then this maybe the place for you. Pay is about 30% less than the average for the area.

Pros

Free coffee Great colleagues - The sales reps are great people Good culture - Everyone likes each other and it's a great environment, unless the big bosses are in town

Cons

Pay - The company really started sticking it to their salespeople in 2017. Management set outrageous goals with little accountability on how they were calculated. If you did not hit a certain percentage of these goals, they would "clawback" money already paid out to sales reps. Overtime - A lot of overtime is required by the sales team if goals are not being met, which is almost all the time. Forced Employee Churn - The company would often keep the salesteam on their toes by firing someone at end of month, or putting part of the team on a "plan". Desks - Sales folks do not get cubicles, they sit at hightop desks which have a surface area of about 3feet x 2feet. You have other reps to your sides and in front of you. Management claims they're creating an "open work environment", but it just seems another way to cut costs. Health insurance - Seems decent until you have to use it. Unlimited Paid Time Off - That's a nice idea, but this was actually a way to cut down on PTO used by people who worked very hard but weren't hitting goal. You can't use much if your numbers are in the tank, and everyone's were. Morale - Seriously... the place is just so gloomy. Product Always Behind the Curve - The product was always several steps behind the current trend (ransomware prevention, cloud-based) which made it hard to sell, as competitors ate into your business.

Pros

Great location and no dress code

Cons

Horrible company culture, no room for growth or advancement. Every other year or so a new CEO is brought in and they go through a massive layoff to avoid having to give annual raises. Those that are left, are overworked, underpaid and afraid that they will be one of the next to be let go. Run away.......this place is a sinking ship. John Lyons is no longer the CEO and he's been replaced with an out of touch and obnoxious piece of work who only worries about lining his pockets.
