Pros
Good pay, PTO and ok benefits -- healthcare is not covered at 100% employer splits cost, 401K match up to 6%, 50% discount on cell phone bill. Oh and pet insurance discount that's not really a good discount but they like to talk about it on all of the HR webinars.
Cons
layoffs are inevitable, leadership changes frequently, lots of layers of leadership, so it's difficult to implement changes quickly. Changing to an office first / hub location strategy so remote workers are a thing of the past.
