Pros
Always Busy. You can make time during the day to do an errand, you just have to make up the time. This Supervisor is understanding and you can work with him.
Cons
Managers in departments that have non-workers or non-proformers are quicker to assign easier jobs to then because they are not dependable. Usually the non-dependable ones or the ones causing trouble are the one promoted. Managers can fire them, to many regulations about that, so they more them to an easier job or promte them. This gets them out of their department.
