Great salary. Awesome perks. Benefits start when u start. Employee relations are great. I love my team leaders as well as management up to the director himself. Communication is fantastic

Cons

The works hours are dreary. I barely see my children. It's hard being there for them to maintain their extracurricular activities. Seniority rules at Verizon.
