Pros

Salary and Benefits are really great. Job Security

Cons

Too much bureaucracy and broken processes. Lack of systems integration with all the mergers and acquisitions. Corporate strategy is lost at lower levels. A good example of company that has grown to large. Focus is on Wireless and executives are not investing in Wireline business. A great company to remain stagnant in your career and a bit outdated. Needs to be more Agile like a Google or Facebook. If we actually lived by Vz Credo, things would be much different.

Pros

Great Company that offers professional development. Big challenges of Project coordination due to all of them are International accounts therefore, those require a complete effort to understand the way of thinking and working culture

Cons

Lack of growth opportunities because senior managers are only focusing on USA, it requires better communication strategy to have full knowledge of decisions
