Pros

Excellent Benefits, Good Work Life Balance. Was there with the company for 2 and half years when there was a reorg and had to move. If you know the right people, you can survive longer. Will definitely recommend

Cons

Extra Large size company so if you are not close to the leadership, you may be as well as be invisible. Build relationships to survive.

Salary is great. Cutting edge experience. Formal professional structure. Hard work is rewarded.

Constant danger of being laid off, depending on your line of work. Constant requirement to justify your existence.

Pros

Good co-workers, good pay, and good benefits. Had some good work/life balance policies.

Cons

Worked in the Enterprise Solutions space, which is sorely misunderstood by Verizon executives. Led to layoff after layoff after layoff.
