Pros

Good amount of workplace flexibility even though this is being reined in. Interesting work/projects. Good work life balance beyond certain peak times.

Cons

15 days PTO for staff quite low 401K has a three year vesting period so essentially no retirement contribution based on the average tenure. Meanwhile base salary raises have been negligible across two cycles, even amid strong businesses. Subtly introduced a change to the overtime policy through an IT system change. All overtime used to be paid at straight time, now only paid for billable hours beyond 40 hours. Low health insurance premiums but was told by Aetna that routine blood work wasn't covered over my first two years, until hearing the opposite in a virtual company townhall.

Pros

Good for young staff where team is supportive, can work on a range of small to large projects.

Cons

Progression is slow. Corporate and internal competition interests breeds an unsupportive work environment the moment you step outside of your group. Too many managers, intent appears to be to squeeze young workers for a few years and move on.
