Cons

Such a great company, but a horrible marketing leadership team for Canada. The leadership feel threatened when challenged on the decisions and is so drunk with power has simply laid off high caliber marketing employees. The leadership team, specially the brand director and manager are archaic and have no digital marketing knowledge. As soon as one has discovered this, they are fired. Good luck!
