sallary is ok. large company with lots of resources

Cons

poor and inefficient acounting system. lengthy approval chains. "unlimited" pto that is actually 5 weeks, so dont get sick. high overhead costs carried by local branches.

- Not much support from the management when meeting difficulties. - High expectations in terms of performance but with limited training and assistance to be able to achieve the required standards. - Feedback is offered under the form of critics that destroys the last sparkle of confidence and satisfaction at the job.
