Pros

None I can think of…

Cons

Wsp is mandating employees back to the office three days a week, with the understanding that “folks are more productive at home, so you can work from home twice a week”. They did this effective immediately in July. What do people do who made childcare arrangements for the summer based on the previous schedule? We’ve also been threatened that your attendance at the office will be part of your end of year performance review. Lovely. Non stop tech issues, TERRIBLE new accounting system that adds so much more work onto already spread thin PMs - makes me wonder if they want to retain people or just make their lives so difficult that they leave.

Pros

Plenty of billable work. Hybrid schedule. You get salary and straight time overtime.

Cons

You will be overworked and underpaid. No mentorship. No collaboration . No guidance . Be prepared to be tasked with things that you need to figure out all on your own . Billable hours are the only thing that upper management cares about. A lot of travel and poor work life balance. Company is Penny pinchers. You won’t be given decent computers, or other tools to succeed. No training uptight corporate atmosphere culture. Only two weeks PTO.

Pros

Some of the team was nice

Cons

A new manager was bought in to look after the team. She appears to think that is it okay to bully staff that don't comply to what she wants, particularly if they are a younger women. She actively works against other women who are at a lower level as her. She tried to use my health issues against me as a reason to get me fired, even though she was a major cause of the health issues due to the stress working under her. When bought forward to HR they didn't really try to help as I said I was not taking legal action. Since I have left, I have found out other members of staff have had the same issues, so the same behaviour is still being accepted in the company. WSP didn't even bother with a leaving interview.
