      Good variety of high end projects and that's about the end of the Pros

      Horrible benefits, below industry salaries, advancement equates to a position title change, management doesn't have a clue and doesn't care about employee retention only dollars they put in their pockets. Long hours and hard work don't payoff but are required due to poor PMs and bad overall management. Did I mention the benefits are the worst I've ever seen in my 25+ year career? Oh yea and the benefits are horrible...LMAO. Great place to be from and not at.

      - Pay was very low compared to industry averages - Management was very poor and didn't invest in young talent - High turnover rates because senior management team is incompetent
