Good starting pay, unlimited overtime, ability to run projects as newer employee, collect real data in the field

Cons

They will work you to death! Severe issues with managers and upper management in the company. They will put 1-2 people on a project that should be 5 people. Insane expected work load with no help or sympathy from managers. I saw 6 people quit in the FL offices. Do not work here.
