      Poor work life balance and benefits

      Pros

      hybrid policy is good, while they want you to work in the office at least 3 days a week but some groups don't really care as much as long as you get work done

      Cons

      demanding workload, care too much about utilization therefore leaving no time to mentor or train or getting trained on how to do things. poor benefits

      Great growth opportunities when they are not gatekept.

      Cons

      Big culture change for the worse under new CEO Company expects you to work the way they want you to, even with your own clients No consideration for work-life balance 24/7 availability is the expectation, there is no 'off' time even on medical leave Only focused on client satisfaction and not the employees performing the work No job security, if you don't overwork yourself, you are expendable Maternity STD does not payout for full 6 weeks if you do not birth in the hospital

      Pros

      Good pay, decent benefits and some positions are remote or hybrid.

      Cons

      Leadership is very toxic. You are just a number, which can be a good thing, but it also means that they have no problem replacing people with cheaper labor. Leadership is constantly changing processes and it's very hard to ever know what's going on, or what you're job truly entails.
