Pros

If you are a very hard worker than management will notice you, good annual raises, benefits are average, management communications are alright

Cons

General compensation is horrible, too many tasks can be asked of you, if you dont prove your brains than they play you as stupid, communication between everyone could be better

Pros

There is a lot of opportunity for advancement within this company.

Cons

Wal-Mart is a very large business with many managers and many employees. It is often difficult to relay or receive messages with so many workers. Employees also do not get to know other employees because there are so many of them. Managers do not even learn employee names.
