Pros

The pay is good for the position in relation to other companies in the area. There are some amazing people that have potential, however, they are limited to reach their goals.

Cons

Poor upper management leadership; corporate culture has become a distant memory from the core values that started the company. The company has begun to micro manage to much that it is impossible to get the job done on a daily basis. The "Save money, Live better" mantra is for television commercials and print ads only; there is very little evidence of the "live better" part in the real work environment.
