Pros

Discounts on merchandise. Also, they offer a fairly good benefits package to full time employees. All store level employees are eligible to receive a stakeholder's benefit based on the overall performance of their store.

Cons

Although all employees start above the minimum wage, their annual increases are so small that you'd have to work there 100 years to get up to a decent wage. Merit raises are few and far between.

Pros

No real need to be at the top of your game.

Cons

Long hours required one day and requirements to cut previous overtime on future days in the week. COACHING of employess seen as a disciplinary movement rather than an actual TRAINING FOR IMPROVEMENT of employees. Managements lack of leadership and knowledge of actual day-to-day situations for improvement and actual increase of corporate profits.
