Pros

Good benefits including multiple weeks of PTO upfront

Cons

No Job security, they will randomly lay off people and post new positions for similar work instead of moving internal personnel. Too many layers of management and constant management changes. Worked for 18 years and had 14 different managers. Siloed job roles limit exposure to different work and job experience.

Pros

I can’t think of any that are still in existence.

Cons

They have pushed out most of the long term employees who really cared about the stage coach, its customers, and their work. The benefits have steadily declined. One time 401k match at the end of the year, you lose it all if you leave before it’s paid out. Raises are laughable (1.3%) and bonuses are as well. Zero incentive or reward for doing a good job. They do job title and group reorgs periodically that will basically demote you. Getting a promotion is like pulling teeth, but harder. There is no clear path for career advancement. Managers that do not know what they are doing or how to be a good manager. So much more…it really went downhill. When I joined in 2016 I was so happy with it that I thought I would retire from there. Then came the new CEOs.

Pros

Paychecks while they deem you "necessary"

Cons

Poor middle management Excessive workloads and mandatory overtime Union-busting activity Corners cut to avoid government sanctions Layoffs to the workforce for executive bonuses, remaining workforce smothered by the additional workload
