Pros

World Resources Institute has great, smart staff members who are extremely committed to their work and their research.

Cons

At the time, the organization was going through re-structuring. Different departments managed to make better sense of their administrative/grants staff than others.

Pros

At WRI people are working hard to make the world a better place to live, so the work is really meaningful. People are friendly and willing to help. Lots of fun.

Cons

As any big organization moving things forward (publication, comms) can sometimes be slow.
