Pros

Each department is full of intelligent, kind and interesting people. The atmosphere is friendly and collaborative. The work life balance is great, the office is nearly empty by 5:30 each day.

Cons

I can think of few down-sides to working at WRI, it is an organization doing incredible work full of incredible people.
