Pros

Interesting and highly impactful work, motivated staff, very friendly people, and great opportunities for interns to craft their own experience and learn about different areas of the organization.

Cons

As an intern, it's easy to feel dependent on your manager to figure out what you should be doing. On the other hand, it forces you to be self-sufficient

Great place to work - narcissistic management

Pros

High growth, really interesting work with smart, highly educated, passionate people. Lots of autonomy in defining job priorities. Fast pace, but in a good way.

Cons

A number of the management team members exhibit classic signs of narcissism. Poor people management, poor conflict resolution, poor or no follow-up on employee complaints.
