People that work here on the whole are kind and care about their work deeply. Good benefits package.

Cons

The (former, now) management in the executive office was ultra-controlling and stressful. The executive himself was kind on the exterior, but more concerned with maintaining the appearance that he valued his staff than actually doing it.
