Pros

Flexible hours. Working around appointments and family is easy. I believe this depends on your manager though this flexibility is something that is talked about.

Cons

Senior leadership seems directionless and many times strongly falls into the "I don't know and I don't want to know" type of mentality. There is no cross team coordination. No investment in the employees. Each year I stay I take a pay cut due to slowly deteriorating benefits.

Pros

there are no pros. I have to reinforce this in order to get to the 20 word minimum; it is literally impossible to say something nice about this job If you majored in liberal arts and moved to Portland....it's employment and that's about all you can ask for

Cons

-Insultingly low pay and absolute bare bones health insurance; might as well just be on welfare and obamacare rather than work here, you'll make more and have better benefits -absurd micro-management not allowing bathroom breaks -rock bottom morale results in awkward, frustrated and inane social interactions with co-workers -scummy, trashy co-workers -incompetent management that send out unprofessional emails in Comic Sans MS promising incentives they don't deliver on; they won't learn your name or deal with you individually, instead they look at the numbers trying to find ways to bleed the turnip for a few pennies more of profit -"incentive pay" that is not attainable; only 20% of employees will qualify for anything based on current metrics, and it's not more than a dollar or two an hour
