Pros

They bring alcohol around sometimes on Fridays, and durring big celebrations.

Cons

They usually make promises that they have no intention of keeping, and they recently got into a lot of trouble with the Kansas labor board for not paying people the overtime that they earned over the last several years. You will receive no support from your managment, so other employees will be the way you learn your position, and they routinely have people in the office who use narcotics, and other hard drugs. Good luck here, because no matter how hard you work, or for how long the "recognizing employee" meetings are you sitting there and having to clap for managers, and people who are good friends with managers who benefit from the hard work of the employees under them.

Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback. We value your insight and are constantly seeking ways to improve our employee experience. We especially appreciate the input regarding employee recognition as it’s important to us that each of our employees feel valued. We will look for more ways to be inclusive of each employee’s contribution. I am disappointed to hear about some of your experience at Mortgage Lenders of America. We regret you did not have a positive employment period. HR, as well as all members of management, are available to support employees at all times with an open door communication policy. If you were aware of any employee conduct issues that did not meet the guidelines of our handbook, we would remind you of the ability to report these issue to any member of management or directly to our Compliance Officer. Thank you again for the time you took to write a review as it helps us become an even better place and best of luck in your future endeavors.
