I have been with Zillow Group for 7 months now and it has been an awesome experience so far. Quota's are very attainable the product is great and is a very easy sale! The company culture is the best I have ever worked for tons of benefits. Coming to work is so much better when you work with awesome people and know that I am helping make some of our customers tons of money marketing on the biggest real estate platform around.

Cons

There is no dedicated support department a large % of my time is spent on Customer Support issues as opposed to strictly sales calls.

And, since you wrote this we've now integrated some add'l support resources into sales, so hopefully things are improving. It is one of the things that has made us successful so far, and I'm sure it is one of the things that will make us successful in the future. You are also right that sometimes we definitely DO move too fast. Better to move too fast than too slow, but the point is well taken.
