Long and not well coordinated between the interviewing team. Process was initial application submission online, a very strange personality test, some recorded scenario questions, and then the loop interview that took over 2 weeks due to scheduling conflicts.

The issue is they asking about their policies between lines and u should know alot about it before
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Amazon in Nov 2024
Interview
Applied in September of 2024, interviewed in November. All interviews were remote. First interview was introductory, while the following two day long session was conducted with five people, one after another. My recruiter gave me a well laid out interview schedule and lots of guidance on the process, with plenty of example questions. They will mostly just want to get to know you, talk about your experience, and ask you behavioral questions - which if you follow the STAR method and review Amazon's 14 leadership principals - you'll basically have all the answers you need beforehand. Nothing technical was asked - just know your projects.
I had a great time speaking to everyone and my initial feedback was good, so I had high hopes going forward in anticipation of an offer. I was told I would hear back from them with a decision the following week, but I never heard back. I attempted to follow up with my recruiter on two separate occasions over the course of the following month, but I still never got a response. The closest thing I got to a response from them was a survey request, and my application was only just recently updated as "no longer considered" - nearly three months after I last spoke to somebody and with no email.
I feel completely insulted and like my time was completely wasted. Despite a very positive interview experience and seemingly good initial feedback, the lack of communication post interview completely spoiled this experience - and I have nothing to show for it.
If you want to interview with Amazon, make sure you have other opportunities in the pipeline because they might not say another word to you after all the work you've put in. Beware!
