Amazon Operations Engineer interview questions

4 months process from online test to offer - Online assessment - work simulation then Initial screening round with sr.PM on chime. 40-45 mins - 3-4 questions on different leadership principles. heard back within 4 business days regarding info for final loop. loop got delayed due to their peak. 2 months later loop held. 5 people - 3 from same department, 2 from different including sr regional hr manager and principal product manager. Got inclined, but no offer for that specific role. month later , got invitation from another team for a call,and then a final call with hiring manager (50 mins) week after assesing skills and one leader ship principle. finally got the offer the same day.
