Amazon Operations Engineer interview questions

Initial email with basic questions about experience and salary requirements. Then a phone screen with the recruiter just going over your initial email exchange. Followed by a technical phone screen from an engineer/manager. Then a final 6 person interview where you spend 1 hour each. Amazon principles and star method are key.

Overall easy and streamlined. Recruiter took a little longer and I had to follow up. Process was simple and easy to understand. Interview overall was refreshing and interesting to meet new people
