Interview
Two days after applying online, I got the telephone interview notification. The telephone interview focuses on topics including
1. Your motivation to join Bloomberg and to apply for the position
2. Your knowledge of this position
3. Who are the competitors of Bloomberg
4. Your five-year plan in Bloomberg
The second day I received the invitation of face-to-face interview to Bloomberg's office in London. Their office is fantastic. The whole process lasted for three hours, but the real interview only lasted for half an hour. At first a guy came to introduce the job to all candidates, then it is shadowing, and then it is an 2 to 1 interview. All people I met there are nice and helpful. Although I failed eventually, I have good impression with the interview process. Except the ones above, The questions they asked included
1. Who will use Bloomberg? Why does Coca cola use Bloomberg?
2. How to develop a market where no ones use Bloomberg?
3. Self-Introduction
4. Give a situation under which you go extra miles to achieve a goal.
