Devoteam interview questions

I had an interview recently, and although the recruitment process did not move forward, the conversation was very pleasant and professional, and overall it was a positive and worthwhile experience.

Personal questions like are you married?; do you plan to have children?; how old are you? were asked. The focus is on a business case where you are asked to decide if you would keep an internal employee or dismiss him/her if he/she decided to leave the company. Interviewers were unprepared. It was not a positive experience
