Interview

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Paychex in Feb 2007
Interview
The interview process started with an HR recruiter calling me and selling me on what the company had to offer and the position that they were hiring for. The recruiter did such a great job selling the company that I decided to go forward with the process. The next step was an appointment to take a skills test (basic math) and personality test at the branch's location. After the tests was a one-on-one interview. Next, I was called for another one-on-one interviews that consisted of interviewing with 2 supervisors that asked behavioral questions. The final interview was with the branch manager.

Interview
Interviewed one on one with a current Manager at that time. The interview process went smoothly, very laid back and the Manager was cool. They explained EVERYTHING during the interview, even gave a little more information than I needed because I forgot half of it by the time I left.
