T-Mobile Customer Seevice Representative interview questions

Straight forward and simple. Got in and out in less than 30 minutes. The interview process was a simple sit in front of a manager and answer questions. Afterwards shook hands and got s call later letting me know I got the job.

Online application, HireVue one-way video interview, then 'day in the life' 2 hour process. Still waiting to do the 'dday in the life' step. Based on other reviews, final interviews can be performed same-day, and some people received same-day job offers. While I'm still waiting for the 2 hour 'day in the life' appointment, I feel pretty confident that things move more quickly after this step.
