T-Mobile Customer Seevice Representative interview questions

Going through 3 interviews with your potential store manager, another store manager and the regional manager before being sent to train in the store on a computer to in Columbia to train an additional week. Most of the things i learned at the Columbia training was useless at my store.

after your application is reviewed, if you are chosen, they will send you a link for the assessment. If this is passed, they do a digital interview. next is the in-person interview. at this point, your background check is done. the acceptance letter is sent, and then you get an in-person tour of the building.
