T-Mobile Customer Seevice Representative interview questions

I have trying to get a job at t-mobile for almost a month now. I have been through an online skills test, a phone interview, and a group panel interview. I know that they are supposed to perform a background check as well, but since I did not get an offer during the panel interview i don't think that I passed the process.

I took the online assesment - felt it was fairly easy and straight forward, about 2 weeks later received a call for a phone interview, the recruiter immediately set up a on site interview a week later. Met with leadership for the onsite interview, immediately after did side by side and then filled out some forms for HR and the background check. Background check came back within 2 days, the process is more quick if you have copies of paychecks stubs, diplomas and ect...
