Interview
Virtual interview process. Traditional interview questions with one manager. Communication before and after the interview could have been better. Was asked to reschedule my interview to a later time, attended, then never heard back a word.

Their website application process is cumbersome and they string you along to abruptly tell you that you are not a good candidate. After running you through a series of questions virtually, there is no feedback

What is your view towards dealing with an angry customer
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Kingsburg, CA) in Jan 2022
Interview
Started with an offer to do a digital interview. You record yourself answering questions. The question shows up on your screen and you have 30 seconds to prepare yourself to answer before hitting record. There were only 8-10 questions. Really easy. Second interview was a 1:1 on zoom and it was also fairly simple. They are all situational questions so be prepared with many scenarios to choose from ahead of time. STAR method. You do a mock call after the questions. They give you a page to read first, be sure to read carefully and mention everything you see on the page during the “call”. The company does a background check after getting an offer and contacts all previous employers.
