I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Colorado Springs, CO) in Mar 2019
Interview
This was an incredible interview process.
A few days after submitting my application online through t-mobiles website I received an email to do a video/mobile interview that comprised of 10 questions, 7 were responses on camera. The following day I was emailed by the recruiter who let me know it was under review. Then shortly thereafter I got an email with an invitation for a face to face interview which I scheduled for a couple days later. I met with the recruiter and she explained the job role, asked a few questions and showed me the call floor. The interviewer made me feel at ease and it was like having a casual conversation with a few behavioral questions (STAR formatted answers). I can genuinely say this was the best interview process I’ve ever been through. I had previously applied for another call center who used SHL for a pre-employment test so I was able to use that when I had been requested to take the assessment after submitting my application.

Question 1
S.T.A.R.'s. Based format questions. Standard questions
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Chattanooga, TN) in Oct 2018
Interview
Submitted application and after about two weeks I received an email inviting me to participate in a video interview through Hire Vue with either the app or a computer. You can do practice questions as many times as you want and then for the real interview you have 2 attempts at each question of the ten questions. Once complete you confirm your answers you submit your interview. And having worked here before I know that next you will either get a call or email to come in and schedule a face to face interview. Then before leaving the interview my first time I was asked if I wanted to come in for “A Day In The Life” to check out daily operations and learn more about the position and company.
