Verizon Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

The interview process initially was in a group setting, then one on one. Then upon completion of testing and background checks a second interview was set up. After this I was contacted by phone and an offer was made for the position I applied for.

They asked open ended questions. Wanted you to tell them about yourself. And wanted you to tell them something about the cell phones, and different companies. It was very relaxed and comfortable. Dress professional and be on time. Being on time is very big with Verizon.
