Interview
Phone interview, in person interview, drug screening, background check screening, verizon wireless background checks. Not much else to say. They don't know how to pick out good candidates when they see them. They judge based on voice. Half the service personnel unable to understand so it excludes good candidates. Doesn't seem fair does it?

The questions are based off of situations what you did, what was the numbers involved how did your resolve issue or what did you learn. they will ask what do you think you bring to the company. they will ask about your previous work patterns and history. they want to make sure you wont leave when hired after all call centers have a very high turn over and this job isn't any different.
