Interview
A phone interview first then they will set you up for an appt to take a computer assessment. The assessment is a pass/fail test. If you pass they do not tell you what you did well on and if you fail they do not tell you what sections you passed/failed on.

Phone Interview was done with HR lasTed about 30 minutes. Typical interview questions. Assesment was kind of fun. Face to face interview was done with a recruiter and a manager. Make sure you can sell something..anything really. Several role plays with selling and an irate customer. With an irate customer remember to provide empathy and reassurance! That is key. Also went on a tour. Whole thing was an hour. HR called me 2 days later to tell me they would call me in 2 days?? That was weird. Make sure you have time for the final call. It took about 30-45 minutes, which I was not expecting. ACHECK does background. They asked for a pic of my diploma, paystub,w2 from 5 years ago and the drug test specimen number. Make sure to read the emails thoroughly! Verizon also had me go to their website to go over what HR had already gone over. The process is extremely tedious! But they want good employees that want to work there. Currently waiting on background check to clear with ACHECK. :D
