I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Verizon (Chicago, IL) in Sep 2014
Interview
Very straight forward, they want someone who is driven and who wants to sell. Experience is not necessary, at the end of the day anyone can learn about phones and plans---personality is the big thing. A nice and enthusiastic person who is ready to sell will have the best chance!
