A series of 3 phone interviews. The first interview is with the recruiter, the 2nd interview is with the store manager, the 3rd interview is with the district manager. They also have a extensive background check. This is similar to that of a government position background check. Your previous employer's will be contacted and your resume will be thoroughly checked for validity.

Interview
Phone interview with recruiter with several difficult behavior based questions and sales role play on accessory. Moved on to in person interview where there were more behavior based questions and sales role play on the sales floor. It went extremely well I think. Waiting on an offer call hopefully. Study

1st interview: It went as any interview would, behavioral questions. At the end, I was asked to sell them my phone.
2nd: area manager: Pretty much the same questions. We kind of got off topic.
3rd: store captain: I was asked over 50 questions. One question asked, "who is your role model?"
