Verizon Retail Sales Representative interview questions

It was an initial phone screening that took about 45 minutes. It was difficult to clearly hear and understand some of the questions being asked because the interviewer mumbled through the script quickly. It felt very rehearsed, although I am sure the person reads from a script and then types the answer into the computer.
