Verizon Retail Sales Representative interview questions

It was a thorough interview process. They go through the "what if" scenarios, along with asking for results or actions on the "what if" scenarios. It took a couple of weeks to have the interview process to be completed, however the background check took almost a whole month.

Verizon HR rep emailed me to schedule a phone interview. I arrainged one to be held the next day. The phone interview was about 30-45 minutes. She reviewed the compensation package with me. She went over my work experience. She asked me about a time when I had a conflict at work and she asked me to role play and sell her something over the phone. She told me I was able to proceed to the next phase of the interview process which was in person in NYC. I had the interview. I sat down with two different interviewers. It seemed overwhelming because there were about 15 other people getting interviewed at the same time, but not too bad. Interviewer told me I would hear back in 2 weeks.
