Verizon Retail Sales Representative interview questions

I applied online December 9th and recieved a phone call from a recruiter a few days later. I passed the 30 minute interview and was passed to the store. I had one panel-style interview with (3) people and then one final the very next day with the DM. It's Christmas time and the day after (today, of course!) I recieved another call from the recruiter with an offer contingent on the background and drug test. My start date will be January 8th if everything goes through. This process was very smooth and I found the interviews to be easy -- although I had been in sales before so that most likely played a role. I was prepared on my interviews, I did a thorough check on Verizon to be sure it was where I wanted to be and I was happy to ask questions of my own! Be yourself! Was hired several years ago and just dropped off a resume. Today, however, you must apply online. I received a phone call for an interview in the store in which I had applied. Had 2 interviews. First with the str mgr and second with str mgr and dist mgr.
