Verizon Retail Sales Representative interview questions

Phone interviews followed by interview with store managers.

I filled out an online application which required an extensive background check of my work history, any criminal offense, or misdemeanors, etc. that I had in the past 7 years. I also had to take an assessment test which was lengthy. The assessment asked me about my personality, skills, scenario and behavioral questions, Math and English as well. After a week after I submitted my application, I was contacted by a member of HR who wanted to schedule a phone interview with me that same week. So two days after that, I had a phone interview with a different HR person who asked me lots of questions about my previous work experience, why I wanted to work for Verizon, behavioral and scenario questions (name a time when...) and she went over with me a bit more about the position, the salary, benefits, the training (3 weeks long) etc. And after the phone interview she told me I would be contacted in 1-2 weeks regarding a face to face interview. I have not received or declined any offers, I am just waiting now to hear back from Verizon.
