Verizon Retail Sales Representative interview questions

I applied online and didn't hear anything for about a month. I received a call from HR asking me if I had time for a brief phone interview to which I replied yes. After several questions about my previous experience and skills, I was invited to a job fair at a local hotel. I attended and went through interviews with three different people. I was the only person there at the time which felt a little awkward. I was asked to submit to a background check. I heard nothing from them for about 2 more weeks at which time I received an email letter of offer stating that training would commence on a given date in another state and that I would be hearing from a manager or district manager regarding the specifics.
