      Becoming worst day by day

      1.Become worst day by day 2. All old/ great employees resign due to worst management specially Engg. Management 3. This is my fourth company and I am here from last 5 years and hear first time in my life to take promatation (re-titling) /appraisal have to give INTERVIEW. Note : # 3 Point make feer in employees mind and I have hope if these all thing not change this company not survive much (*specially Noida branch)

We have a good Retention Percentage and we are even taking steps to increase that further so it’s hard to believe that the old Employees are leaving because of worst management. I There are positions in the organisation which needs qualified/ prepare people. There are interactions which happens with people who are potential candidates for those positions. Eg. We helped Test Manuals to learn Test Automation, they have to go through an interaction to assess if they have build the test automation capability.       The environment is nice friendly. The program is flexible. High profile customers.

      Cons

      Parking/transportation not included for every employee and they only cover it partially.

      company employees attitude technologies - opportunity to change hardware[MACs provided] great engineering team office location/1st floor terrace

      Cons

      office space - too many desks per square meter desks - it is too bad we have desks like we had in school carpet is old and very dusty, I feel the carpet dust is affecting our health
