Pros

Benefits are fantastic, best I've seen. Some managers are great about as work/life balance

Cons

Upper management is toxic like nothing else and only interested in their golden parachute. They're in the final stages of looting the company before moving on from its shell after outsourcing everyone and giving huge contracts to their buddies at Accenture.

Good 401K 9% contribution Good yearly bonus of more than 20% of yearly salary

Cons

Management is on destruction path. Almost all of good people are gone, there are bunch of jockers now running the company, I would just say killing the company. I would be surprised if the company stay in business for 5 more years.
