      Pros

      The company operates into 3 functions in India as a Global Service Centre which serves Operations, Technology and Functions roles. The company culture is good and you will feel wanted in your role. The company offers free food - any 1 meal at a cafeteria which operates 24x7. Salary comes on 24th of each month.

      Cons

      Year Pay raise is very less. Although I am lucky to get more than 10k this year, most of my colleagues get 2-4-8k maximum. They hire process advisors at really low pay which they only increase in January: mind it, the increased salary comes only on March 24th.

      Interview went great. Smooth process

      Received call from recruiter almost 90 days ago offering me a position and discussed salary and was informed I would be receiving an offer letter in about 2 weeks because they are running behind due to issues in India. Reached out to the resourcing team for assistance and was informed I would receive an update in 24 -48 hours, that was 30 days ago. I have never had an employer be so unprofessional in regards to the hiring process
